Parliamentary inquiries have confirmed that roughly 8.3% of all NDIS payments are lost to fraud, over-claiming, and errors every year. The Fraud Fusion Taskforce has identified over 2,100 dodgy providers. In April 2026, Operation Benz raided properties across Queensland seizing cash, gold, and crypto. The real victims are disabled Australians whose support budgets are being drained by criminals while the government looks the other way.
